General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") define the rights and obligations of NOURIQA SHOP and any consumer (hereinafter "the Customer") in the context of the online sale of products offered on the NOURIQA SHOP website.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, a minimal variation in presentation (photos, colors, textures) cannot engage the responsibility of NOURIQA SHOP.

4. Orders

The Customer can place an order via the brand's website.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products.
NOURIQA SHOP will confirm the acceptance of the order by sending a confirmation email.

NOURIQA SHOP reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the payment methods offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, or other solutions available on Shopify).

The order is considered definitive after payment validation.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer during the order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.

In case of delivery delay, NOURIQA SHOP will inform the Customer and will endeavor to find a quick solution.

Risks related to transport are borne by the Customer from the receipt of the products.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation (articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code), the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

The product must be returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions). Return costs are borne by the Customer.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned products.

8. Warranties

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

9. Liability

NOURIQA SHOP cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

In addition, NOURIQA SHOP's liability cannot be engaged for a delay or non-performance in case of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, major logistical problem, etc.).

10. Personal data

Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.
The Customer has a right of access, rectification and deletion of their personal data by sending a request to: contact@nouriqa.com

12. Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing this, the competent court will be that of the registered office of NOURIQA SHOP.
